You will be met and assisted by Grayline staff at the airport. You will receive a welcome kit on arrival and later transfer to your hotel by a private car.
Our morning team will pick you up for your excursions daily. We usually pick guests from their hotels 45 – 60 mins prior to the departure of each tour. The exact pickup times will be conveyed to you one day prior to the booked tour.

Easy cancellation policy:
If cancelled 60 days prior to the arrival: No charges applicable ( unless a special arrangement is concluded with the hotel )
If cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to the arrival: 25% charges applicable
If cancelled 29 to 7 days prior to the arrival: 50% charges applicable
If cancelled 6 to 2 days prior to the arrival: 75% charges applicable
If cancelled within 24 hours or no show: 100 % of the total booking will be charged.
Children policy: Kids below 5 years are free, Kids 6‐12 years = 30% discount (max.2 children in existing bed only). Contact Us for Child Booking.
